Honda standard with electrical issues

My 2015 Honda Ballade dims it's headlights when breaking or using my indicator. After the dealership could fix it and Honda SA had a go at it, replacing wires etc, still not fixed, I took the vehicle in for the last service, just to receive feedback that the dimming is normal. It happens over 3000rpm and is and hinders when driving at night. Caution when buying a Honda, when they can't fix their product it becomes a character trait.
