Honda South Africa an embarrassment

I booked my bike in for a service, asking specifically for lights to be checked (among other things). I collected the bike and notice the lights were not repaired and just by chance checked my coolant level. Empty! I tried to fill it but it leaks straight out. Now I am out of pocket with Monday morning looming with no way to get to work or to get to Honda. All I wanted to do was some preventative maintenance. .. now the bike is unusable and I am trying to figure out what to do. Pathetic.
