HONDA SERVICE PLAN - SHOCKING EXPERIENCE

I was due for a 5year - 90,000km service but it was declined. I have not been allowed to drive for the past 3 months due to an emergency operation overseas. I would like to show a medical document to Honda explaining this as I was only 1500km over the allowed limit for having a service done. I am still not allowed to drive and only my husband is driving my car for the kids, not knowing about the mileage.

During the time I was in hospital and subsequently not allowed to drive for the last 3 months it just went over the 90,000.

I am appalled and shocked that Honda would not authorize my service since I was not even driving my car! Honda management - please do contact me so I can show you a medical certificate.

I really love my CRv and am due for an upgrade but I am shocked with the attitude experienced.
