Honda SA - Dumped me

My 2014 Honda Ballade gave me problems while travelling from Cape Town to King William's Town last year in December. Having known that I have only had the car was serviced by Honda in all accassions. I took it to a Honda in East London and I was told I would have to change it and get a new one. I knew that for a car that has 70km on the clock that shouldn't be an issue yet. I approached Honda SA and they asked me for a service history for them to assist me because they indicated that if all is well with the book they will arrange for a new gearbox free of charge a couple of weeks went by and they came back to me saying the person I spoke to does not work for them anymore.
