Honda put me in debt

I bought a kia Rio in June 2018 at Honda Hatfield, as I was a first time buyer, I was not given enough information regarding the vehicle. I was never informed about service related issues like intervals, there was no service book. I then asked about the service after a friend asked me. Then I called the dealer who couldn't give me answers, as we speak my car is at Kia and I was charged penalties for late service which I don't have and am currently using taxis
