Honda Pinetown

I own a 2014 Honda CR-V 2014. I have taken in my car several times to Honda Pinetown to fix the noise that I hear when I take off a steep road. The noise comes and goes. They said they couldn't find anything wrong I must come back when the sound is constantly there. I have just found out that there is a gearbox issue which is causing this sound.My service plan has just ended and I feel cheated by Honda. I am left with a car that won't last for something Honda could have fixed since it was new
