Honda Motors Canal Walk - no need for new business

I had a bad experience with Honda Motors Canal Walk and it went as follows:<br> <br> I app**** for vehicle financing to buy a motorcycle (NC750). Not withstanding the fact that it required me (the customer) to ask for feedback, multiple times, in order to get responses. Almost like customers will get feedback only if customers ask for feedback.<br> <br> The customer service was so poor and had no etiquette at all.<br> It felt like they were doing me a favor by replying to my mails.<br> <br> I hope nobody else will have the type of \customer service"that I was given. This has made me question the after sale service I would receive as well.<br> <br> Needless to say I will not go through with the purchase and I will be taking my business to one of their competitors.
