Honda Cape Town Worst Ever Service

I am writing this on 7 August 2017, and will provide you with the latest details to my case I have with Honda Cape Town, and Honda as a company, and I caution you to ever consider buying a Honda in South Africa from this experience:

*I purchased a 2015 model Honda CRZ with 6000km on

*Within two years, I have booked it in on 6 different occassions for issues

*The last occassion, which was last week, was the last straw, and here are the details:

My car was recently services by Honda Cape Town (it is still fully covered with Motor Plan and Service Plan), and in short, the oil filter had packed up, causing extensive damage to my engine, which they now want ME to cover labour for, of about R12000 due to a failure if THEIR part. How do I even begin to desrcibe the thoughts going through my mind?

I do not want my car back after it has had such damage to the motor - this is not my fault, and in all fairness, AT LEAST, they should take back the vehicle and replace it with something else, if not trade it for a newer model, and I have made mention to them that I would even be so happy as to cancel my finance with them, and cut all ties, where they refund all amounts I have paid to them since I started financing the car.

I caution to, that Honda is not as reliable as they once were, and their service, is terrible, and this, coming from someone who has owned, in the respective order:

*Fiat

*VW

*Opel

*BMW

*Ford

If you would like to contact me for more reference to the above, my name is Chien, and my cellphone number is ********** .
