Honda Brio not fixed
My wife was driving her Honda Brio during a storm and the car was struck by lightening and consequently the car switched off in the middle of the highway. The car was taken to Honda Witbank and to date no feedback was given to me on the progress of repair. I have to constantly phoned to find out what is the progress but I get a generic answer of the technician is working on it. The dealer claims that lightening should not be covered under warranty and that it is an act of God but I think that this is poor quality of the car because surely the car should be protected against lightening. This is a genuine safety risk for other Honda Brio users. I urge people not to buy the car as the service given to me has been appallingly. It has been over 3 weeks since I have sent the car in and the service department has no clue what is wrong with the car .
