Honda Ballade keys are malfunctioning

I own a Honda ballade that I got on 2017. Two years after my purchase , my key started giving me issues . I tried honda rivonia and honda sandton during my services every year and they said they cannot fix it . This year they told that it will coat. Now I am facing the same issue with my other remote. The car opens automatically after it is closed. Which means its both a security risk as well as my battery will run out. Why is the quality of honda so bad ?
