Doubtful finance application

I wrote an email to Meagan (Honda Motors west. Rand) on the 2nd Feb 2024 raising a dispute between the purchase price of the vehicle and the principle debt app**** for at the bank. I believe I was. Overcharged by +16000. The overcharged was hidden under so called complimentary services

I contacted the bank raised the dispute since Meagan has decided to be silent instead of resolving the matter. The bank response to me that Meagan has indicated that I need to first consult them prior the bank can make amendments to the agreement

I have sent emails and you had 2 weeks to rectify the problem which you are adment that I am the one who is wrong
