Disgusting service as they don't have the part in the country

My Honda amaze which is under warranty was struck by lightning. They dont have the computer box with matching serial number in this country. The computer has been ordered from overseas, and Honda refuses to give me a courtesy car. Some of the Honda dealers think that its their responsibility to give me a courtesy car. My rental car has come to an end and I have no transport whatsoever. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I am receiving from Honda SA.
