Disappointing service

As a first time car buyer I was initially very impressed with the service I received from Honda Northcliff. I collected my second hand vehicle on the 2016-02-05 with the Licence disc expirying end of February. I was promised a delivery of the new Licence disc and registration plate. It seems getting the car off their floor was all they cared about. After enquiring numerous times before the disc expired to the sales man Thami Ndaba and his manager, all I could get was \ma'am I'll call you by the end of the day or Ma'am I'll follow up on that\". Well it's 2016-03-07 I'm still driving a car with an expired Licence disc. I'm beyond disappointed at such customer service."
