Damien the lousy Honda Melrose Arch (now in Sandton)

<p>Last year I bought a Honda Brio from Honda Melrose before it shut down. The sales man who was assisting me was Damein. although I dont think its fair to give him such a title because he is lousy at his job. Luckily Alister (Finance Manager) was there to pick up the peices everytime he dropped the ball. Anyway, when i went to renew the Honda disc this year, I then discovered that the Fiat Palio that I traded in is still under my name. When I called Damien to established what has happened, he passed the buck to Dawie saying I should call him as he has all the paper work. I then told him he needs to call Honda Umhlanga (where I was told to drop off the trade in vehicle) to find out what was happening. He promised to do so but when I follwed up the following day he had no feedback for me so I gathered he hadnt bothered to called Honda to try and resolve this matter. I then told him he leaves me no choice but to escalate this matter to which he responded with "go ahead, here is Hello Peter's number, they are in Rosebank near your office). and then hung up on me. I really dont care what Honda decides to do with this sorry excuse of a human being but just need them to assign someone who will be able to finally put this matter to rest as the costs of renewing the Honda disc escalte everyday. Its just sad that he got commission from my deal.</p>
