Car recalled, but no feedback

I filled in the various forms and responded to the emails pertaining to the recall of my Honda, but yet no-one has been in contact to book the car in. When I contacted support they ask me stupid questions like what is my VIN number - who remembers their VIN number??? My details has not changed since I bought the car.<br> <br> Get it sorted please.
