CANT ORDER HONDA PARTS COUNTRYWIDE

I drive a flag ship Honda, spending a lot of money on this brand.

I would like to spend more money, but i haven't been able to since Monday already, cause your systems are down! Like honestly, i want a price on the simple part i need, i cant wait for your system. I expect a call from head office to resolve this issue
