Bought a Mercedes benz from Honda Midrand and they failed to tell me the car was involved in an accident

<p>I bought a car at Honda Midrand and they failed to tell me that the car was involved in an accident. i drove the car for a year and then it started shaking. took the car to mercedes benz and they told me the suspension of the car is damaged and they cannot even do wheel alignment because the car was involved in an accident. Needless to say i was shocked... as this was never mentioned when i bought the car. I went back and spoke to the manager(Stiaan)and he advised that Honda will fix the car. i sent him the quotation from mercedes benz and took the car to Honda. They stayed with the car until the warranty got finished and advised that the car was fixed and it passed all checks from mercedes benz. i took the car and drove it for a week then it started making noise like there is something breaking. when i took the car back to mercedes they advised that the car needs to be fixed suspension. to my suprise they quoted me the very same things that were quoted in march when the car was in warranty. they say its wear and Tear so i need to pay for the serbices but my question is "why were these things not fixed when the car came in in March while still in warranty. The old quote did mention the parts that they want me to pay for now.Now Mercedes benz and Honda are playing blame games, no one wants to take resposibility.Wish i could take the car back.So Annoyed!!!!!</p>
