Blown away by the excellent service

I usually only put complaints here because it is not often that you get service that deserves a shout out but I am pleased today that I can give a shout out to Honda Northcliff, particularly Adolphine. I have a service plan with them and my 90K service was due in December but due to holidays etc, I only got to take my car in when it was at 93K km. On collecting my car I was advised that Head Office would not use my service plan for the 90K km because I had gone over the milleage, but Adolphine advised she was fightING on my behalf for them to approve it. Today she called to say the issue had been resolved and they would cover the service for the 90K. WELL DONE Adophine and Honda and THANK YOU!
