bad service

My wife took her car there when it started giving her mechanical issues. They kept the car for 2 weeks there and later gave it back saying all is well. 2 weeks later the same issue resurfaces and they instructed her to bring it back again. Just 10 minutes after she left it there they called and said the car is ready for pick up. We asked if they have tested the car and they said yes. 2 days after pick up the car is now having even more issues than before. There is now a funny sound when you change a gear and a noise coming out at the engine side. This car was bought new last year and I does even have 2000 km on it as it is not driven that much. We are been taken for granted by the people there with no proper direction as to what to do.
