AMAZING!!

These 2 ladies have been more than helpful considering our situation we were placed into.. it was clearly out of our control and they still had a smile and basically made my mothers day.. Family disaster occurred and the 2 ladies waved the problem and handled it... an absolute pleasure.... and just to top off, I know for a fact other competitors wont give a damn!! Thank you Michelle and Ruth for your efforts, a small decision GOES A LONG WAY!!!!!! :-)
