A deadly service encouter with Honda Rivonia

I took my car for service on the 27march 2018.When i went to fetch it i was told that everything is ok.My was washed and i had nothing to worry about.When i took in the car the petrol was3/4 full.We never used the car during the weekend as it was a easter weekend.My daughter used the car from sunday and from monday she started using the car to work from tuesday until Friday morning.On that friday morning my daughter was working at manlyn in pretoria,she travelled on N1 Freeway,as soon as to took the Garsfontein off ramp towards Manlyn, the car just stopped without any warning.Imagine all cars hooting and people swearing .she called on my cellphone crying hysterically saw.Out of frustration not knowing what to do stuck in the middle of a busy road, my daughter called me telling about the car the broke down.I had to calm her down,drove for 30kilometers to go and see how can i assist. I kept talking to her over the phone just to calm her down.BY the time i got there she was parked on the side of the road having assisted by her colleagues as they found her stuck on the road.I had to put leave because i requested to report a bit later due to some family issues but by the time i left the place where the car broke down i wouldn't make to work on time.I called Honda rivonia to ask what was wrong with the car ,that they did not tell me about.The said nothing.I told the lady over the phone about what happened because i did not expect the car to brake down just a week aftre been serviced.She promised to send a mechanic to my house.We had to get a tow truck to tow the car to my house.The mechanic came but he suspected a flat battery of which it was not.I asked him to check petrol distribution even though i couldn't tell what it was,because my daughter said the car was not showing any movement of petrol ever since the car came back from service.On taking out the fuel pump, the mechanic realised that it was completely empty, but the fuel gauge was showing that the car is still 3/4 full.On thorough inspection we learnt that the fuel pump a certain part was broken and tied with a cable tie.My question is as the person who was working on the car, on realizing that he broke the part of the fuel pump why did he report it to his supervisor, instead of trying to fix it,put it back into the car again?Did he know or not know what are the implications of what he has done? Honda rivonia promised to replace the fuel pump free of charge,of course they had to replace it because it was damaged by one of their employee, it was not a favour but it was their responsibility. My daughter had to go back home with tow truck guy to drop off the car ,go back to work and come back and this time had to take Ubber because she does not have a car.On meeting the Manager at Rivonia Honda on the 11 April to replace the damaged fuel pump i raised the following.1.Who is going to compensate me for driving 30km to and 30km for petrol from the scene of the breakdown because that was not my normal route .2.who is going to compensate my daughter for taking Ubber to work and back that day.3.Who is going to compensate us for the tow truck that towed the car home.As the mother i lost a days work because of negligence by some one who did not consider / did not think about the danger that he was putting who ever was going to drive that car.What would have happened if my daughter was hit by another from behind without realizing the the car is not moving.Would Honda have taken responsibility? The Manager insisted that it was a mistake.According to me a mistake is a part that is broken and you are not aware.But you are aware you try to fix it and after a few days it backfires.That is what is called NEGLIGENCE!!!! They promised to institute a disciplinary hearing against their employee, but what has that got to do with me? All that i want is for Honda Rivonia to compensate us for the expences we incurred on that day due to their employee's negligence. I will never take my car to that place again NEVER.
