Malfunctioning rear view mirrors after car was serviced
I recently took my Honda CRV for a service. The day after I collected the car, I tried to adjust the rear view mirrors as they had been moved. I could hear a grinding noise but the mirrors would not adjust. I tried each individual one and had the same issue. I reported this to the dealership a few days later as I wanted to wait and see if maybe it would resolve itself but it did not. A gentleman called Dan called me, stated that Honda would "investigate" the matter but I never heard back from him. I'd like to understand why I have not received a call or a response to my issue.
