Honda Nelspruit

Hello my name is Wayne. This is my experience with a dealership called Honda Nelspruit. I've bought a vehicle from this dealership. The day I took delivery of my ford everest 2009 model on 18 October 2018 ive notice there is a problem with the start of the vehicle. Called the dealer and notified them of this problem, suggested to the dealer that i will take the vehicle for diagnostics so that we can determine the problem. The vehicle was taken by me to ford alberton as well as bosch service station, and both outcome found faulty fuel injectors and fuel rail. The quotes was send to the dealership and they called me to let me know that they will collect my vehicle and do repairs at the ford dealership in nelspruit as they get better pricing from them. This was on 21 November 2018. Not receiving any feedback for a few days, i made a call to the dealer in order to find out what is going on with my vehicle, As the dealer manager he told me they are still busy working on my injectors. This was a red flag to me as a ford dealer replaces within a day. So i asked them where is my vehicle and they confirmed to me that it was not at the ford dealership. So at this stage i don't seem to have much trust in this dealership. I was very upset as this is not what have been told to me. Never the less i asked them what is the other workshop that is called Nelspruit Fuel injection doing to my vehicle. The answer to that was they are busy reconditioning your fuel injectors. So I called the dealer principal named Collin and complained to him that i was not very happy with the way they doing business and the lies being told to me about my vehicle. This is when he rep**** to me in such a rude manner that i couldn't believe as he is in a professional possision, he's reply to me was that he can fix my vehicle the way he think is right and as long as he gives me a vehicle that is fixed i should not be worried about the details there off. So i was not to worried about this at the moment as i just need my vehicle to be fixed. So my vehicle was fixed according to the dealer and was delivered to me after 7days. When i drove my vehicle i notice a different problem or problems as it had when I've send it to them, the car was smoking excessively and the vehicle was cutting off power as I'm driving. At this time i video recorded it and send it to the dealer manager. He called me and send me to borsch dealer in germiston for the repair as i have a guarantee on the work been done. So again my vehicle is in for repairs that was not even part of the first problem. After a few days i get a call to say that my vehicle has been fixed. The smoking was gone so that's one fix that was caused by Nelspruit fuel injection done . But still have the same problem with the vehicle from the beginning, and one more that vehicle did not have. So i called the dealer again and told them that the problem with my vehicle is still not fixed and its worse than the beginning and once again the vehicle was collected from me. This has been 3 months already and still don't have a vehicle. The dealership has my vehicle in there posession for more than a week know and still no proper communication from them on the whereabouts of my vehicle. its the 20th of February 2019 and my vehicle was purchased on 18 October 2018. Very disappointed in this dealer and the personnel working for them.
