Unhappy Customer

I took my sons Honda XR 125 into Honda Umhlanga for its first service on Friday, 22 May 2015. When I arrived at the workshop I told the mechanic that assisted me (I think his name was Baron) that the bike was not starting and that it also needed to be serviced, this gent was helpful. The following day my son wanted to ride his bike. It started after some time but was smoking excessively, the bike engine sounded extremely rough and it would not idle. He took it for a short ride, still experiencing the same problems. He then left it for the evening and tried again the following morning - the same thing happened - smoking, noisy and wouldn't idle. We purchased the bike in November 2014 from Honda Arbour Town which has subsequently closed down and moved back to Umhlanga. We live in Elysium some 100km (1 way) from Umhlanga so the trip is not only long but also expensive. When I called Honda Umhlanga and spoke to a man (not Baron) who was rude and actually did give a hoot about our experience. just bring the bike back I'm told. That's a 200km round trip and a day off work for me. Totally NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
