Poor Service and False information

We were possibly going to purchase a vehicle at Honda Century City, on the day (Saturday, a week ago)) of applying we were told to place a R1000 - R2000 holding fee down in order to secure the vehicle while the credit check takes place.

The sales agent by the name of Naas advised that it's a quick thing, and all we have to do is swipe our bank card...when we want to retrieve the money (whether we take the vehicle or not) the same thing would apply...just swipe again and the money is reversed back into our account immediately. He assured us of this!

Unfortunately we did not get the vehicle, we went back to Honda the saturday to get our money back but was told that no one could assist at that time and we need to come back the next day which was a sunday. Apparently no one knew the code of the card machine. We went back the Sunday morning, again given the run around...no one could help us, also they said it's no use because it's a sunday and we need to come during office hours... sounds like a load of **** to me!!!!

we went back 1st thing Monday morning, eventually we were assisted and the swipe was done...only problem is there is still no money returned to us. When enquiring we were told it would take a few hours. Well it's been more than 24 hours and still our cash has not been refunded.

No one at this dealership bother's to advise or assist.

They are quick to take your money and the salesman gives you all this fals information just to get the deal and now he does not bother to reply to mails.

I will never makes use of this dealership and inform everyone of their dishonesty!

can someone please find out when our money will be returned to us? or is Honda Century city used to *****ing customer's money??????
