Honda west rand only good on promises

I purchased a new crf 450r in dec 2015, installed a hourmeter on the bike a day after receiving the bike to keep track of hours for correct servicing of the bike, on 15 hours i did the normal service, went for a ride and went home,cleaned the bike and parked it in the garage, the following week i checked the oil before the weekend for another ride the engine oil were light pink and defenetly had water in the oil, only possible cause is the waterpump seal, went to honda with the bike after a call to johan in the workshop, johan couldn't tend to the issue and wanted me to leave the bike there ,strip it and then will contact honda warrantee department.That would mean i would miss the ride on the weekend again, we disscussed the issue and we decided that i would buy the waterpump seal and replace it myself, the faulty seal would go back to honda and johan would then sort it out with the warrantee department and then refund my money. I then replaced the waterpump seal and the oil seal behind the waterpump seal just for incase, spent hours on repairing and about 4 oil changes and oil filters to get the water out of the crank case , after counless calls to honda i was notofied by johan 4 months after that they received the new waterpump seal from the warantee department but honda will not refund me for the seal they will do a minor service on the bike for me wich i do my self . Bike has 32 hours on it now and is still working fine and i serviced it two hours ago, my rear tire is worn so not to lose my money i asked johan to gove me a rear tire for the bike and then i will pay in the difference , its almost two months ago again with who knows how many phone calls and still nothing happens but excuses,i bought a new bike to avoid minor breakdowns and not have to repair my bike before rides and expected better service from a large dealer , im really not satisfied by the service im receiving and lost a how much money on oil and filters and they cant even repay met the R720 for a waterpump seal, its now almost 6 months that i just get promises and nothing happens.
