I would like to extend my gratitude to Honda JHB South(Cnr Main Reef & Production Road). I normally service my car with this branch and so I have developed a trust in them. On 26 September 2025 I went and drop off my car at this branch for suspension check. I borrowed their courtesy car. Towards the end of the day I was called to come to the branch for feedback and quotation. They advised me of the findings and that my car was not safe to drive, control arm was so close to coming off. My worry was that I was not going to have a car for weekend (notably I'm disabled). They let me have their car for the weekend and didn't charge me for kilometers used, they said I must only fill up the fuel I used. This was a relief to me. My car was fixed and collected it on 29 September 2025. I am happy with their service and understanding to their clients. I would always recommend them.
