Honda Centurion - Poor service / workmanship motorcycle workshop

I took my Honda CTX200 in for a service on the 18 December 2019. In January 2020 I started to notice oil spots under my bike, which is unusual as I haven't had oil leaks on the bike since I purchased it in 2013. On inspection I found that the oil is leaking from the cylinder head, obviously an artifact of the valve clearance being checked. I then noticed that the retaining bolts on the ***ling hadn't been replaced. This isn't the first issue I've had with Honda servicing, though previously it was Honda Menlyn.

I have to state that when I first went to Honda Centurion for a service I was impressed to have the mechanic who would be working on the bike meet me at reception and discuss the bike with me, and when I picked the bike up he again went through what he had done and what I needed to consider for the next service. Unfortunately this practice died out a while back. I also am not in a hurry to place responsibility on the mechanic at this point given that the workshop had just been moved to the Mahindra dealership due to renovations / changes.
