Hourly Rate & Theft

About a month ago I sent my Honda Jazz in for a minor service (Oil Change, Oil Filter, tighten up the hand brake) which came to R1420. The labour came to a shocking R620, I requested that they change two light bulbs which could be done within the hour. They refused to include changing the light bulbs as this would come at an extra cost. I asked the service advisor if the entire hour was used while servicing my car and she said no, it took just under an hour. I then asked her why they could not simply replace the light bulbs and she rep**** saying that it was not included in the service.<br> I paid the bill and left the dealership. On my way home I opened the glove compartment and reached for my sunglasses, to my surprise they were missing.<br> I then tried calling the dealership, but due to load shedding the line remain engaged. Later that afternoon I managed to get hold of the dealer principles(Mr. Carelse) My wife explained to him what happened and he said that he would carry out an investigation and get back to us on Monday. (06.02.2015)<br> To date we haven't heard from him.
