Honda Brio: Rust Bucket

In 2014 I bought a brand new Honda Brio off the showroom floor. I noticed rust coming up beneath the paint work: on the front panel behind the radiator, top of windscreen, rear boot end at hinges, inside door panels, engine bay etc. I returned the vehicle to Honda Cape Town only to be told by the Service Department that there is a problem with the Brio's and that the rust was quite visible on the white cars. It should be noted that Honda Cape Town had previously tried to cover it up by applying rust guard to the effected areas. The car was then booked in on September 1 2015 to be repaired. Honda had then appointed Dals Montague Gardens to do the repairs. My vehicle had been over sprayed, panels broken, fin dropped and chipped only to be worsened as repairs continued. My car had been driven TWICE from the panel beater in Montague Gardens to Town WITHOUT my permission AND without my knowledge. I was then told by Emily, from Honda SA that the vehicle matches \Honda's specifications"and that they will no longer be entertaining this matter and should we not return the courtesy car given by Honda"
