I took delivery of a used Kia Rio 1.4 Tech 2014 (8750 km) from Honda Auto Menlyn on the 11th of August 2015.<br> <br> 3 weeks later I noticed that the back left electric window wasn't working, so I took the car to Kia Sandton to have it fixed under warranty. Kia later informed me that they would not be able to fix it under warranty as the faulty window was caused by an accident that the vehicle had been in. The technician at Kia said
