6 Months and still no registration papers??

I bough a second hand car from Honda Menlyn, October 2014. The car was paid for in cash, and delivered 2 days later. Promised were made that registration will take place within a week, and was paid for in cash as well.<br> Now, more than 6 months later, I still cannot get registration papers from Menlyn, and have been driving without number plates since then.<br> The sales person, Danie, is also now throwing hands in the air. Messages were left several time for DP, a cerain Deon, to phone back, but simply no repsonse from them.<br> It is the one promise after the other, and still nothing. Do I now take the car as ******, and go to the police. Even that does not seem to bother the dealership?<br> Sad, really sad.....
