Great Service. Excellent Attitude.

I took my car for a service last week at the Honda East Rand Mall branch. Apart from the usual service there were a few other niggles that I had that I needed to sorted out. When I went to collect my car, I noticed a series of small surface scratches on the boot which were not there when I took the car in. I wasn't impressed but before I could complain the service advisor, Steven, was already on top of the problem. He called his service manager, Joe, over and together quickly arranged that the scratches be polished out. This is what customer service is all about. Well Done.
