sold me a previouse accident car

Bought a pre owned Honda Jazz thought they will be a great dealership which would not sell me a previous accident car and they be honest, Unfortunately I didn't see poor paint job and lose bumper clip upon purchase and was picked un at an evaluation, I even asked if the car was In any previous accident and they said no. now they estimate this touch up to be 10k I will never buy a car from them again.
