Shocking Service

Purchased a vehicle from Honda Bedfordview, which required a host of minor repairs, from scuffed alloy wheels to dents and scratches on the bonnet.<br> Each time I attempted to get these issues resolved the amateur way in which they were dealt with only exacerbated the problems, for example the scratches were meant to be removed before I took delivery of the vehicle, their answer was to do nothing, then it was taken to another dealership where they were buffed out leaving smudges all over the bonnet, then it was painted leaving paint marks on the material coat under the bonnet and on the carpet under the steering wheel.<br> The scuff marks on the alloys are still in evidence, though a cheap effort had been made to reduce their presence. The time that this vehicle was taken from pillar to post resulted in more damage namely somebody maliciously running sandpaper up a door post and the glass over the fog light on the drivers side being broken. An oil leak was then discovered which was attended to at another Honda branch.<br> Throughout this ordeal the level of amateur, unprofessional service by both Honda SA and the dealership astounded me.
