Pre-owned VW car Faulty. Dealer doesn't want to assist there want me to do trade in .

I bought a used VW Golf 7 on 5 December 2018 and had oil consumption issues , with in 2 months had to refill now and then, when i too it back to cancel the deal on the 11 April 2019 . they want me to trade in . forgetting that it their car with an issue. Called Mike Ward and promised to call me back he was still in car with a client . i recalled him after 30 minutes he told me the same thing. promised me that he will call me , his aware of my issue. and he didn't bother calling me back, no one responded to the email i sent .
