Paid full price for half a meal

I bought Honchos online from Fordsburg, using Mr D app. I ordered the full chicken and chips. The food was great I cannot flaw it but the full chicken was no longer full. Sadly I payed for a full chicken and only got part of a full chicken as some pieces were missing.

When I gave a review that day, someone from Mr Delivery emailed me and said they would be in contact and escalate the matter. Till today I am still waiting for feedback, how disappointing.
