Failure to listen customer complaints

I purchased chicken that had skin that smelt and the chicken was haphazardly put straight into the box so the sauce seeped through. I couldn't get through to the branch so i went in and complained to the manager. I haven't heard back until now and was told only if i see blood then there's a problem. Until now i haven't been assisted
