worst shopping experience homzy furniture main reef laanglagte

The service was horrible the manager doesn't even care about treating customers with dignity and respect.i bought couches and upon delivery the couches came with the legs on and the couch could not go through because of the legs .they didnt bring the drill to take out the legs and they promised to come back later with the drill to drill the legs out and place them back again.i waites until 8pm the couches were outside it even rained.i was lucky that I have a carport.the couches slept outside.the next day I went to the store to complain.the manager instead of being apologetic told me straight up in my face that its my fault that my door is small.imagine .i asked if he asked for measurent of my door when i came to purchase and is there a clause that they have that they don't sell for customers who have slidding doors as my doors are slidding doors.i was so furious .the other assistant calmed me down and assured me that a driver would come through with the driller and the couches will be inside.we callee later in the afternoon,we were too a driver was on his way.we had to pay extra money and look for people who repairs couches to come and assist us ans have the legs removed so that they can movw in the house. They called me after 2 days telling me that they are on their way so meaning the couches were supposed to sleep outside in the rain and the sub for2 nights.worst service i have ever seen never going back there and i will not advise anyone to shop there
