WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst customer service experience.Bought a baby cot and i was promised delivery between 10-15 working days, only when i emailed them 2days after the set delivery date i was told the product is out of stock and a refund will be processed. Still NO REFUND nor communication confirming a refund, they are now ignoring my whatspp texts and emails. I am now being unduly inconvenienced by their incompetence and lack of communication. Homzy epitomise poor customer service and unprofessionalism.
