Very bad service at Grey Owl Homzy

The worst experience in terms of your customer service. We were looking forward to buying some furniture after seeing some on your website. My husband and I decided to go to Grey Owl Homzy yesterday (16 Oct) and we arrived at the shop at around 16:50. The sales consultant/manager (whom I would name here) was about to close the shop.

She literally continued to close the sliding doors without even paying any attention to us. The only thing she had time for was to tell us that they were off line and that there is a shop in Pretoria we could go to. I understand that the systems could be off line but the least she could have done was to give us an opportunity to look around the shop for the furniture we were hoping to purchase. It is my understanding that the shop closes at 18:00 (unless I am wrong).
