Unreliable service

My Sister ordered a table on the 31st on May as a surprise And utterly disgusted that my table that was supposed to be a gift has not yet arrived it is more than 3 weeks now next week will be an entire month

No communication No status change No feedback At this point i need my sister to ask for a refund and we'll buy a table somewhere else

This service is definitely poor -1
