Unpleasant Experience-Stay Away

I regret purchasing from this store. Save yourself the disappointment and rather purchase from a reputable furniture store not this stote. What a horrible experience. Customer service is poor. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. I placed an order on the 2nd of November 2024, to date 7th December. I instructed them to cancel the order they told me to wait 7-14 days for a refund no comms im still the one having to follow up. They're communication is poor. I had to be the one to keep calling, checking how far my order is.Sad that I still have to do the run around for my own money.
