unhappy customer who has not get his refund of R5899 for 3 months now.

Poor quality bed, damaged bed head and bed base was delivered to me, poor customer service as well infect horrible customer service. I purchased a Courtney Queen bed from Homzy on the 8th of April 2024 and it was delivered to me damaged both headboard and the base and I returned the headboard as they were delivering and the base it was returned the following day of delivery. I have since asked for my refund since their headboard and base were delivered damaged even today the 9th of July, I have not received my refund. They don’t answer messages, they don’t respond to emails, they don’t answer calls and the only number you have of them is the WhatsApp number. They don’t even call you when they promised to do so.

If you don’t want a stress, I would advise not to waste your time and buy anything from this people.
