Time wasters

Ordered an L shape green linen sofa on the 11th of March. Len contacted me via whatsapp to confirm my order, the material and color. Received an email notification confirming order from them under the name HSR on the same day. That was also the last. Further comms was via whatsapp.

2 days later they let me know the couch is only available in a different material than we already confirmed and I ordered. I agreed on green velvet instead. Their website states 5-7 business day wait for delivery.

No order confirmation email this time so on the 16th of March I ask them to let me know delivery date. They say they have to manufacture first (this was never mentioned anywhere before) & that it will take 7-10days. So I waited. On the 21st I check in again (as there are no updates on the order) they say it will be delivered next week. I check in on the 28th, they say will let me know tomorrow. They let me know they will deliver Saturday the 1st and will confirm on Friday.

Needless to say, no updates. No couch.
