The website itself should be a precursor of what's to come as alot of the pictures are not even their own original pictures but from other websites.

I decided to write this review to help people like myself who rely on and appreciate reviews before purchasing and who may have one chance at purchasing large furniture items and therefore can not afford to be messed around with.

After searching for weeks I found my ideal sofa in the ideal price range on Homzy's website. I decided to go instore to see for myself before purchasing, the Grey owl village store is very small and only has a few items from their vast website range, upon enquiring from the sales lady and showing her the picture of the sofa I was looking for, I was shown a completely different sofa, from the shape of the seats and arm rests to the dimensions and material and was told that is the sofa, I was extremely confused and had to ask her 2 or 3 times more but she was very adamant, even when I pointed out all the differences, she very confidently explained to me that they could customise anything and everything and make it look however I wanted, if that is her logic, then I might as well have chosen any sofa in any price range and just went and had it completely changed and customised or better still, I could have designed my own sofa from scratch and went instore and had it made, this strange interaction put me completely off and I'm glad to say that in the end I did not purchase my sofa from them and found a reliable furniture franchise and had a great sofa purchasing experience.
