I can't express in words the experience Homzy Main reef gave me today..... Im speechless after such a greadful experience of receiving the wrong product from Grey Owl branch in centurion and never receiving any communication. after that..and was given the run around when asking about refund or my order. I got so nervous I thot I was ****med and anxiety kicked in as I physically went to check and the store was closed, soon after an email to customer service my hero Malik and team(Main reef) came to my rescue and organised recovery a.s.a.p, after a WhatsApp chat with malek from main reef branch I was invited in and they organised what I ordered. I left the place feeling satisfied cared for as a customer and I can't wait to receive my delivery.. If you want to order from Homzy please go to the Main reef branch please to save yourself the headache. I love that they are a bigger store u can even see products in store before you order online.
