Terrible on going service at HOMZY laanglaagte Jhb

Bought couches at HOMZY laanglagte,Jhb i paid 17999. For the couches,It was delivered in November 2024 my order number was 8576. it sad to say that from the day the couches were delivered that's where the nightmare started.The driver didn't bring the equipment to take out the legs he said he forgot it ,the couches Couldn'tgo in because i have a sliding door ,okay he promised to come later the couches were outside,he didn't come they stayed outside for the whole night,next day I called the office they promised to bring someone over and this was not done ,couch was still outside ,so i decided to get someone privately to assist to remove the legs and have the couches put inside the house.Okay come March the couches were starting to go down when you sat on them,the base on the couch started to go down.I texted them and informed them about the couch.They told me to pay 390 for the couch to get collected i did that.I texted them after a couple of days asking them when will the couch come back.Till today i don't have tangible reply i have been texting nonstop and all i get is we will get back to you but at no point was any of the promises kept .i have all the conversations with them till this point.They cant even give a turn around what type of company does not have a turn around,their service is horrible i regret the day i stepped foot in that store i have never in my life been so frustrated i have never experienced such terrible service like rhw one from HOMZY in JHb they don't care about customers till today i don't know when i will ever get my couch back To make things worse the base of the other couch is also going down i reported it as well and asked them if it can be taken back when they deliver the one that is still at repairs and the response as well was we will get back to you.Heartless people .we spend our hard earned money to get such terrible service. I have asked them to bring them back and I will get a company that fixes couches to fix them since well they are failing.i just want my couch back and end the relationship with them and move on. This company doesn't care about customers once they get the money for the product you purchased they don't care afterwards what complain you have about the product
