SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING QUALITY- CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.

My experience with Homzy has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. I ordered a couch, which was delivered. When opened the couch material had several stains on it. I submitted a complaint and the couch was collected on 21 August for it be be inspected and either repaired or replaced. The agreement was that the couch would be returned in two week max, but a definite date would be given on inspect. To date no definitive response or feedback was received from Homzy on the repair/ replacement of the couch. I have followed up so many times on a proper response, but still nothing. I have threatened and begged. Nothing. I called and sent mails and whatsapps, no response of feedback. I demanded a refund at long last. Let's see whether that happens. At this stage, Homzy has taken possession of my couch and I have no hope of getting it back- they have frankly ****** it. I will stop at nothing to close this place down. This is literal daylight ******* and the service is absolutely attrocious. DO NOT do business with Homzy if you want some sort of pleasant expeience. This is definately not their priority.
