Poor customer service and product not in good condition

Online purchased a ottoman or bench on homzy website did a payment and they kept changing delivery dates and when they finally managed to deliver its done at my old address which I have updated prior with their WhatsApp administrator to make matters worse it's late at nitheght around 7pm I decided to request they leave package with security guard at my old place. The next day collected the package only to find one leg the bench broken and the the product is not similar with what was advertised online further you can see its poor workmanship. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Logged a complaint with their business WhatsApp line still no response they have ignored my query no sense of customer service very poor. They have ****** me.
